R&D Carbon Laboratory Sales Division


Following RDC's collaboration with TEM in 2002 in an increasing effort to improve our customer service and technical support, TEM has recently established R&D Carbon Laboratory Sales Division.

Our new entity will be responsible for the marketing, after sales support and technical services for anode, cathode, coke, pitch and equipment for in-plant process control.

 R&D Carbon Laboratory Sales Division offers the following services:

Sales of new equipment, spare parts and standards
•

Processing of purchase orders and contracts for all new equipment, spare parts and standards
•

Assistance with installation and commissioning of new laboratories
•

Training on the operation and maintenance of RDC equipment
•

Maintenance Agreements for RDC equipment
• Technical Support
